Served eight weeks in Kosovo supporting the Catering operation to set up a field kitchen and train locally employed civilians to carry out the task of working in a field kitchen environment.
When I returned from Kosovo after two weeks I was detached to Kuwait for eight weeks to support the Catering effort in a very busy dining facility at Ali Al Salem Air base. My duties were to lead a team of Stewards to re-organise a dining room that was in total disarray.
