At Easy-Forex I worked as an Account Service Manager that entails the overall responsibility for the company’s client base in all sales aspects (generating and retaining clients, as well as following up on client issues), customer service and administration generated by sales activity. My main activities and responsibilities include:
• Handling new client leads (first contact) daily
• Continued follow up on contacts with prospects as clients
• Effectively handling the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints)

From my studies at Queens university, I have learned a great deal more about mathematics as well as Statistics and statistical programmes such as Mathematica, SPSS, SAS and MATLAB. All of which I have used as a contribution to my exam mark for various modules as well as having completed projects with two of these software packages. I feel that my Degree course has allowed me to enhance my analytic and problem solving skills, through such things as projects and assignments.
I have knowledge of, and am competent in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I am a confident internet user and have used the web to research many topic areas for my course in particular when completing a project using the statistical package SAS.
I have 1 year of proffesional experience at Easy-Forex, in Limassol, Cyprus as an account manager. I was an active committee member of my university's football club and often participated with the team in matches. I was also responsible for organizing the transport to and from away matches.
Throughout the last year I have been participating in the sport of Judo aswell as some five-a-side football from time to time. I like to keep active as I believe a healthy body is the key to a focused mind in today's hectic society.
I am a keen reader of sience books and as a result have read a number of books based on a number of scientific topics, some of which include 'The Universe In A Nutshell' , 'A Brief History Of Time', ‘The Selfish Gene’ and ‘The God Dellusion’.
