I have 8 years experience in the IT industry.
I am well versed in most mainstream Microsoft packages, including, but not limited to: Windows 95, 98(SE), NT4 (workstation and server), 2000 (professional and server), XP, Server 2003, SBS 2000 and 5.5, Exchange 5.5, 2000 and 2003, Remote Installation Services (RIS) deployment, ISA server, NetMeeting, Terminal Service/Remote Desktop, MS Office 97, 2000, XP and 2003 suites and more. I also have extensive experience with various Computer Associates products including ARCserve 6.61, 2000 and v11, InoculateIT 4 and eTrust InoculateIT 6 & 7. I have used various other antivirus and data storage applications also. In addition, I have worked with both software and hardware firewall products, mainly GTA Gnatbox/Robox and have set up various VPN and WAN connections between main and remote sites (for application/data sharing) and for remote access. I have a good understanding of the TCP/IP protocols and also DHCP and DNS. I have also used Adobe PhotoShop and other graphics applications extensively.
