Diagnostics and repairs on Tomos Mopeds, Stromer electric bikes and Qwic electric bikes. Website work to recode, build and add to websites for the Tomos GB Company that include tomosgb.com, urbanebikes.com shopping systems.

 

Fuel doctor south east

Vehicle technician 21/06/2014 to 21/05/2015 (currently look after their website)

Responding to call outs and dealing with customers either at home or roadside. Accessing fuel by filler neck, fuel tank sender and/or draining fuel from engine fuel lines and filter. Ensuring customer is satisfied with service and completing payments with chip and pin or cash. Running a team of 3 staff while the owner is away in Australia from February to April.  Redeploying call outs to area and supporting staff. Hours are 24 hours a day 7 days a week on standby. (Still continuing with IT Work between call outs)

Building and installing PC’s (50) for use on this help desk plus liasing with the network administrator on settings implemented on these machines.
