Hoch Capital Ltd is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Representative for their offices in Limassol.

Main Responsibilities:

• Effectively handle new and existing client base and provide customer support via chat, phone and emails
• To carry on administrative tasks of the business unit and provide internal support to the sales team
• Resolves products problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer’s adjustments

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Finance or any other relevant field 
• English and Dutch language is a must 
• Previous experience in the field will be considered as an advantage 
• Other languages will be considered as an advantage
• Computer literature
