Currently we are looking for IT Technicians to join our team, and staff the leading laptop and iPod Service Center in Cyprus. You will be providing clients with product service and support to include: diagnosing software and hardware faults (laptops & iPods), fixing the immediate problem, and providing clients with long-term support solutions.
You will be joining a supportive team environment, where you are the companies most important asset.

IT Background Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience.
• Knowledge of Win98, 98SE, Me, 2000, XP and VISTA
• Hardware and software troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to provide technical support over the phone and e-mail.
