Our client, a CMA licensed forex company, is looking to hire an Arabic speaker with IB manager
experience to be in ongoing contact with the IB'S and creating a trusted relationship between them and the company's brand. The ideal candidate is the one who will know how to expand the IB'S portfolio and give the comprehensive information for them.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and nurture relationships with our business partners, such Introducing Brokers (IBs), payment agents, and third-party app developers
Define our global partnership strategy, from the channels and tools we use to our outreach and relationship management initiatives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new markets to expand our partnership network
Prepper ongoing reports in excel sheets from the CRM and other organizational tools
Travel to key markets to establish new partnerships and support existing partners
Collaborate with the marketing design and online communication teams to define branding, marketing, and messaging strategies to help our partners improve their user acquisition and retention efforts
Requirements:
A university degree in marketing, business administration, or any other related discipline
Over 3 years' experience in IB manager, marketing, business development, and other closely related skills.
Exceptional oral and written Arabic and English communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively to meet potential and existing partners
Ability to think critically and exercise good judgment
Experience in the financial services industry- FX
Organized
Working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
