Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established boutique law firm with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Front Desk Administrator to join their established office.  

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
 

  • Assisting day to day work of lawyers by operating office equipment like copiers, scanners and multi-line telephone system.
  • Ensuring electronic and hard copy filing system is up-to-date.
  • Setting up, recording and updating databases.
  • Purchasing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Welcoming clients.

  Key Skills/Experience:
 

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel, in particular) and Internet skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Degree/Diploma in secretarial studies and / or any tertiary education degree will be considered an advantage.
  • 2+ years of experience in similar position will be considered a significant advantage.
